I’ve loved yoga for as long as I can remember but you've taught me in the last 4 years that it's how it makes you feel mentally aswell as physically, and not just about being able to stand on your head or wrap your legs around your neck (I don't know anyone that can do the later strong Thank you for teaching me how to be in every way. x x x
